3 years Achievement of PWD(R&B) from 9th March 2018 to 31st January, 2021.
During the period from 9th March 2018 to 31st January, 2021 total 39 Nos. of RCC Bridges and 41 Nos. of Box Culverts completed and open to traffic. Up gradation / strengthening /widening of 400.63 km Road completed. At present 43 Nos. of RCC Bridges, 11 Nos. of Box Culverts and up gradation / strengthening / widening of 109.94 km Road works are in progress. Moreover, (i) A online system has been developed, named as e-sadan, for submission of application for allotment of Govt. quarter under General Pool at Agartala. (ii) 2(two) services of PWD (R&B) namely registration of contractor for works and services and road cutting permission have been functional through online under “Ease of doing business”. |

As a part of “Ease of Doing Business”, two on-line Apps, one for registration of contractors and other for road cutting permission & restoration, has been made live vide notification Dt. 22.12.2020 of Public Works Department, Government of Tripura. The applicants seeking registration as contractor in PWD, Government of Tripura can submit applications through on-line now. Similarly, the agencies seeking permission from authority of PWD for no-objection to carry out works involving road cutting for the roads under jurisdiction of state PWD, Government of Tripura can also submit their applications through on-line using the link: https://edistrict.tripura.gov.in |
